This takes an ordinary Mr. or Ms. Potato Head toy.Place all the pieces in a bag or something the kids can reach into.Have them one by one pull out pieces. You can have them find a reason to pray with the item they choose.  (Ex: shoes pray that God will protect our path, or lead into open doors, etc.)Have them place their piece into the potato anywhere, not necessarily where it’s supposed to go.

For small children, make a picture album for them to have with them during prayer time. Put pictures of family, a homeless person (symbolizing the poor), and a picture of the world.
