Paper chain prayers

Kids love paper chain people so why not use their creativity in their prayer time. Have each child cut out a set of paper chain people. If you don’t know how to make them, click here for instructions. You may wish to have them decorate the people, such as drawing faces or clothes on them.

Write a name on each cutout person and any specific prayer request that may be needed. You could also have each cutout person represent a family, a people group (such as Muslims, Buddhists, etc), or even a nation of people (such as China, Vietnam, Russia, etc.)

Pray for each person each day/night, or chose one each day to focus on. Have the children write on the back anything that they feel to pray for, or anything they feel God shared with them about their prayer.
