Kids
At Risk
There are about
1.2 billion kids at risk in the world. You may not be able to go
to these kids a physically help them but you go with your
prayers. Here are some ways that different kids prayer groups
have prayed for at risk kids. Try these ideas out yourself and
get your friends involved too!
These kids used toy army men
and a huge map to pray for child soldiers around the world.
Many of the children in the
world that are at risk are in the 10/40 Window. These kids used M&M's to
pray for the six people groups found there.
After learning about orphans
these girls used their dolls to pray that orphans would be placed with
Godly parents.
These girls are praying
about wars using a poster made by another kids prayer group.
When you are not sure how to
pray for kids who are at risk a prayer spinner can give you lots of
ideas. It's fun too!!!!
Using a book that tells you
facts about different countries is a great way to pray for kids at risk
in other countries. These kids also used a globe and pray spinner along
with the books.
Brrr, it was cold the day
these kids went outside to pray for the homeless. They covered up with
newspaper and took turns praying for homeless people.
On this night the kids
learned about the island people and worshipped outside under the trees
just as they would.
