Prayer In France
Last month I went to France to speak at a Sunday school seminar.
Here are some pictures to show you how it went. There are some
prayer requests on here and if you would like some more things
to pray for France check out the new intercession page.
Melissa is in charge
of the Sunday school in the whole country of France. Can you help pray
that God will give her wisdom as she leads and guides the Sunday school
teachers in France?
This is what the streets and
houses look like in France.
They learned about Psalm 8:2
and practiced shutting the devil's mouth.
They also learned that
praise needs to go up to God. So we filled these balloons with our
praise and had to keep them from touching the ground during a worship
service.
On Sunday morning the kids
choir sang. They did such a great job!!!
Then the kids were taught
the same worship principles that the grown-ups learned the day before.
The devil was being nice and helping the kids put tape on his mouth.
The kids had never heard
about the 10/40 Window or the people who lived there.
These kids all prayed for
different people groups and did a great job!!
After learning about the two
jobs God has for everyone of us, we learned about Josiah and the special
job God had for him. Then the kids came forward to ask God what jobs He
has in store for them and to receive the Holy Spirit so that they have
the power to do these jobs.
All the kids came forward
young and old, boys and girls.
At the end of the service
these girls helped praise sing.
This is a picture of the
church where the service was. They have a special prayer request. The
building they are in is too small for them and the have purchased the
building across the street. They asked that we pray for the remolding to
go quickly and that there would not be any problems.
