Building A Family Prayer Zone
In
mid-January families from our local church and State of Missouri
gathered for a "Prayer Summit" with a focus family prayer. The
Kids Prayer Summit focused specifically on building a family
prayer zone in their homes. Some of the things they were trained
in are pictured below. Enjoy! (Schedule and topic details on

Starting off with worship
and the all-time favorite"Cartoon Song" by Chris Rice.
Then on to our other favorite, "Dancing Generation," by Matt Redman.

Praying in groups for
different prayer topics
We broke up into four groups
and each one prayed through the new prayer tools .
(compass, large paper money and keychain globe)
The GLOW Stick Team
performed "Prophesy" in a prophetic calling forth of children to
ministry.
(It was also great practice for the next evening - sanctuary ministry) -

We used an idea from a
friend and did a wonderful prayer obstacle course. It was way cool!

Helpers for the
sermon..."God Provides" - the story of the single mom who got help from
the prophet...they filled a town full of empty pots with oil and sold
them to pay off their debts...the oil came from their only oil pot
at home.
Praying as families, one for
each other.
Kids help with the sermons.
Kids pray for each other.
Receiving a blessing from
their elders.
Feeling God's presence.
We joined the other parents
in the sanctuary for a time of family prayer.

Jesus really ministered through GLOW.
